analyzersThe instrument series AVA is designed to measure mass concentrations of toxic elements (Cd, Pb, As, Hg, Zn, Cu, Tl etc.) at the maximum permitted level and lower. The scope of the application covers the following subjects: water, air, soil, food products, biological substances, medical drugs and other objects.

AVA analyzers are designed to:

- Certification of foodstuffs & fodder;

AVA analyzers have main advantages:
- No metallic mercury required to form the indication surface of the working solid carbon electrode;
- no additional equipment required such as ultraviolet irradiation, gas supply (Argon, Nitrogen, Ozone and other), no need the additional attachments for element determination;
- the instrument functions in a laboratory with no exhaust system;
- AVA-Win software allows for simultaneous measuring up to four probes and maintenance of operational control over repeatability and accuracy of the measurements.
- working electrode sensitivity recovery is achieved by means of mechanical or electro-chemical polishing of the indication surface (once in two months);
- high reliability of the product as consequence of 30-year experience shared and implemented by the developers and producers of analogous equipment (the manufacturer has produced AVA-3, AVA-2, AVA-1, SVA, SULFAT and other analyzers)

PACKAGE (IN DETAIL)The “AVA-Win” software package includes 2 sub-programs:
DATA COLLECTION sub-program designed to:
- Verify AVA analyzer operation capacity;
- Arrange the “Treey of experiments” including parallel probes and repeated measurements in the parallel probes;
- Sample measurement in accordance with the analytical methods;
- Calculate the concentration of chemical elements in the probes;
- Calculate repeatability between parallel measurements and comparison with the established acceptance criteria;
- Calculate the measurement error by two parallel probes.
THE ARCHIVE sub-program designed to:
- Store the experimental measurements data;
- Print out analysis reports;
- Manage measurement methods;
- Manage metrological data (repeatability, error) for the measurement methods;
- Manage data of blank control samples;

AVA ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES
OF MEASUREMENTThere are 27 techniques of measurements applicable to the AVA analyzers. All the techniques are accredited with accordance to the state standart ISO 5725-2002.
Each techniques underwent the process of metrological certification, was approved by the Russian State Committee on Ecology and listed in the Federal Register of Rosstandart.
AVA analyzers are produced in accordance with all normative documents (GOST, MU), designed to regulate implementation of the stripping voltammetry.
